U.S. Lacrosse Hosts Free Local Clinic

Dozens of Kids Introduced to the Sport

The best in U.S. lacrosse were in West Texas to help connect local kids to one of the fastest growing sports in the country.

U.S. Lacrosse hosted a free TryLax Clinic on Sunday, October 20th at Scharbauer Sports Complex Grande Fields. About 30 kids, ages 6-14, took part in this lacrosse experience.

In addition to the free 90-minute lacrosse clinic, the participants also received a free lacrosse stick, a free lacrosse ball to keep, and a one-year membership to U.S. Lacrosse.

West Texas Lacrosse will wrap its series of free clinics with special guests, Texas Tech Men's Lacrosse Team. That clinic and game will take place on October 27th at Scharbauer Sports Complex Grande Fields.
