I honestly didn't know what to expect when I first reached out to Classic Honda of Midland – my last new car purchase was back in 2015 and I generally haven't had very pleasant experiences with dealerships in the past. My perspective was completely changed yesterday after having the pleasure of working with the team at Classic Honda of Midland. The most important things to me was that I was treated with respect throughout, and everyone was polite, patient, and respectful throughout the process. Every single person I talked to was down to earth and definitely broke the stereotypes I had envisioned about so-called "stealerships" – there was none of that here. Super transparent, no gimmicks, just regular (but exceptional) people doing their jobs to make an honest, fair sale. I could go on and on, but I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Honda to check them out. They saved me a lot of time and effort of "shopping around" for a good deal and came to the table with a very fair and reasonable offer. I'd like to recognize the people I had the pleasure of working with, including Andrae, Dante, Luis and Henry – and every single person that greeted me and made sure I was being helped the entire time I was there. Overall, I had a great experience and definitely recommend!

These guys are professional and very respectful! I had a problem with another dealer who tried textbook bullying me into buying their overpriced Honda Fit (in Arlington, TX), while this dealer sold me a different Honda Fit (Midland, TX) for less than half the price and less than double the milage! They also are rated top dealer through Carfax for good reason (excellent paperwork and service compared to other dealers). Albeit Daniel was somewhat pushy on the warranty that I decided not to get, he and management were very reasonable and respectful. I plan to come back for a bigger car in the future.

Yaima was the best seller ever. She gave me all the information that i asked for, everything went smoth and very professional. I thank you for all your help Yaima and I highly recommend Classic Honda of Midland and Yaima as one of the best seller there. Thank you again…!!!

Soon as I walked in tha door I was greeted with smiling faces. They point me to tha parts department, there I was able to order my parts. Thursday my parts came in I picked them up and was gifted a Honda coffee, they saw me staring at it. Great customer service and great people willing to go above and beyond.

Jordan is a total pro. The level of attention he pays to the small stuff is what sets him apart. He knew the new civics inside and out! Technical specs, safety ratings, even the small UI features on the dash. He’s clearly passionate about what he does, and that enthusiasm is contagious. It makes a huge difference when your salesman actually knows the product they're selling.

It’s hard to find someone in this industry you feel you can trust 100%, but Jordan is the real deal. He’s a high character guy who is clearly more interested in building a relationship than just hitting a quota. He was transparent about everything and stayed late to make sure I was comfortable with the paperwork. Honestly, his integrity made the whole experience stress free.

I wasn't even sure if I was ready to buy yet, but Jordan’s energy is what kept me at the dealership. He didn’t just treat me like another lead he treated me like a guest.
