I recently had a surprisingly smooth and enjoyable experience buying a car at Classic Honda dealership. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming without being pushy, and the salesperson took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They patiently answered all my questions, walked me through different options, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. The test drive was relaxed and informative, and when it came time to discuss pricing, everything was transparent with no hidden surprises. By the end of the visit, I drove off feeling excited about my new car and genuinely satisfied with how easy the whole process had been.

Abraham and Lori were great to deal with. They earned my business by working together to find common ground and get a deal done. They really value helping customers. We love our Honda Pilot. If you are looking for new or used vehicle, make your way to Classic Honda and ask for Lori or Abraham.

Lori responded to my inquiry about the truck within 5 minutes and she was very accommodating to allow me to have the truck inspected and looked at by a mechanic. The negotiation was simple and stress free. Sale manager Chad was friendly and very helpful. Ricardo Jr and Abraham made my experience with them very easy. They were extremely helpful from the moment I drove in to the time I left and exceded in all ways possible. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy, they have a great selection of used inventory at a great price.

As far as buying from here it was an okay experience, it was a lot of back and forth and 2 days worth of time to get out with what I wanted, needless to say I was exhausted and ready to leave by the end of it so I didn't really care. Now as for the service department and the reason for my 5 stars, they are amazing! I've dealt with "Red" a few times and he always makes sure everything is good and tries to get me in and out quickly, this last time I dealt with Toney and he was super amazing! He really went out of his way to make sure I got the best service possible and as cheap as possible as well! I would recommend either of them any day! The whole service department is great. This is my first Google review, because of the service teams amazing customer service!

If you’re going to Honda Classics, I highly recommend asking for Abraham or Kenneth!

For a single young woman and first time financer to come out of a sale feeling respectfully informed and fully confident in my purchase means the world. The quality of the car is impeccable. We all know what buying used in WTX entails (dust, scratches, stink) but they paid such close attention to perfecting this car before I drove it off the lot it feels, looks, and drives brand new. The minor imperfections were made very clear to me the second I laid eyes on it (very small scratch that could’ve easily been overlooked.) Everything was extremely transparent, I was given so many options without feeling like a hassle or pushed to buy add ons that I didn’t feel I needed. I would highly recommend working with Trevor.
