Yes the manager that I believe his name was Craig was helping me said pretty much that because I didn't buy the vehicle from his store that is why he was not going to help me. He said a warranty is a warranty.and walked off . And that was to replace a battery on an 2025 Honda pilot . Andrea was very nice and was very apologetic . And understanding where I was coming from . They is always exceptions to the rule a brand new vehicle shouldn't have a bad battery after less than two years regardless that I went over on the mouse by 1400. When you more customer service like Andrea

I had a great experience buying my Honda Civic from Classic Honda of Midland, even though I’m not local to the area. My salesman, Jordan Robinson, made the whole process easy from start to finish. We handled everything over text since I couldn’t be there in person, and there was zero haggling involved. Jordan was friendly and responsive the whole way through, and the deal came together fast without any of the usual back-and-forth you expect at a dealership. Classic Honda specifically dealing with JD was the best car buying experience I’ve had. They were accommodating and genuine from the start. I drove over 4 hours just to do business with them. I won’t buy Honda’s anywhere else period. There was no “typical” pressure and they went above and beyond to make the experience positive, I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff, but it was JD who really was the star here. His character is beyond reproach.

I was looking for a car for my son turning 16, he wanted something in particular and the Classic Honda of midland dealership had exactly what he wanted. Our sales associate was Layton Williams, he looks young but is mature beyond his years! He talked to my son like a friend, making him feel comfortable and he made the entire buying process fast and easy! In my 40 years of buying cars I can honestly say that he is one of the nicest most respectable people I’ve met and didn’t make us feel like we were just a sell.
