Demetrio was awesome to work with! He really knew his stuff and made the whole process smooth and easy. He took the time to get what my wife and I were looking for and helped us find the perfect Honda Pilot. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and was super nice the whole time. Very great experience! I was nervous to get my first vehicle, I called in the store and spoke to a gentleman Jeff Martinez. From the start of the call I felt welcomed and had good feelings. We talked for a while and picked out a car that perfectly fit my lifestyle and budget. We made an appointment and I showed up still very nervous. Again he was very welcoming it seemed like I’ve know Jeff for years. The used vehicle was in IMMACULATE condition extremely clean and smelt like a brand new vehicle! Long story short, absolutely amazing experience and extremely happy with the purchase if anyone is looking for a new/used vehicle I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Jeff Martinez! I will be back and refer everyone I know!!

The “GM” Damian really blessed my family with a FIRE deal! I had a awesome experience our sales guy, Trevor was amazing and listen to me on what I wanted which was only a Honda pilot, I even got stuck in the lot cause I could not get the navigation to take me home and Trevor stoped what he was doing came over and helped me with that, and Mr. Carter was awesome he was very detailed and answered all our questions and concerns, we did not feel like we were being rushed into this big purchase these guys and the whole staff were awesome, thank you classic Honda of midland for getting me my dream car.

I have been to a few different car lots looking for a new car over these past couple months decided to come by Classic Honda of Midland. A lady named Brittany came and greeted me and helped me look around she was kind and very attentive as well patient with me when it came to the specific features I wanted in a new car she showed me around and was very knowledgeable. she was not a pushy salesman like the other people I have experienced in the last few lots I went to. She went above and beyond to help me and made me feel comfortable in my big purchase. she helped me find a great used car in my budget and it is in great condition and I definitely am very happy with the customer service as well as my car. We had Frank help us walk out today with our new Honda! We went in and he asked us what we were looking for, price range of affordability and features. He guided us with our test drives, didn't put pressure on our purchase. I would highly recommend him, but I did have an issue with the credit manager very unprofessional with my grandson just because he’s young that does not allow people to act that way. It was about his trade-in because he didn’t bring it in that same day you have the option to look around you don’t have to just take what you’re gonna do on that one day.
