I was at another honda store 30 min away . I didn’t like how I was treated so I googled classic honda of midland and they didn’t disappoint. From my sales person Jordan to my finance manager Khalil even the GM Damian . They all gave amazing customer experience. I will only buy my car from here. Well worth the drive from Odessa .

I had an amazing experience here at Classic Honda of Midland. I just knew as soon as I walked in, that I would be walking out with a car. They made me feel welcome and asked me all my needs and want's. I was able to test drive multiple cars until I came across one I actually like, and before I left they made sure my car was in amazing condition and made sure everything was working properly before purchasing. I definitely recommend going to Jerrry because he will get you right. I love my car and will be going be back if I need a new car in the future.

We had Frank help us walk out today with our new Honda! We went in and he asked us what we were looking for, price range of affordability and features. He guided us with our test drives, didn't put pressure on our purchase. Everything went smoothly and he went back over the vehicle details with my daughter so that she knew what she was driving away in. Overall a 10/10 experience with everyone today.

Stopped by Classic Honda of Midland and ended up having a great experience. Would highly recommend these guys! Jordan was my sales person. Khalil handled all the paperwork and the General Manager, Damian made sure the deal happened. They all provided a 5 star experience from the time I stepped in the door. I almost bought at Lumos but they were too pushy. Midland earned my business with their level of transparency and customer service. Had a great experience buying a used truck for my son. Lori responded to my inquiry about the truck within 5 minutes and she was very accommodating to allow me to have the truck inspected and looked at by a mechanic. As far as buying from here it was an okay experience, it was a lot of back and forth and 2 days worth of time to get out with what I wanted, needless to say I was exhausted and ready to leave by the end of it so I didn't really care. Now as for the service department and the reason for my 5 stars, they are amazing! I've dealt with "Red" a few times and he always makes sure everything is good and tries to get me in and out quickly, this last time I dealt with Toney and he was super amazing! He really went out of his way to make sure I got the best service possible and as cheap as possible as well! I would recommend either of them any day! The whole service department is great. This is my first Google review, because of the service teams amazing customer service!
