Comparto mi experiencia porque el cambio acá es brutal , el trato es muy bueno las personas son agradable, se siente muy a gusto cuando llegas a un lugar y te sientes respetado y atendido desde la puerta , había tenido una experiencia muy diferente en el antiguo dealer de la Honda pero ahora creo que vale la pena venir.

Big shout out to London (sales) and Dante (manager) for helping us pick out a truck that is reliable and going to last a long time. Plus they battled more and got our payment dropped another 200 a month. I would recommend going and talking to London very respectful guy and will get you in exactly what you want!

Everybody had a great attitude was meant by Ricardo walking in first impression was he was determined and eager to help me find what I was looking for, and Tom greeted me as soon as Ricardo brought us in to get exactly what we wanted and go through inventory. I would highly recommend him, but I did have an issue with the credit manager very unprofessional with my grandson just because he’s young that does not allow people to act that way. It was about his trade-in because he didn’t bring it in that same day you have the option to look around you don’t have to just take what you’re gonna do on that one day. He was scolding him about not bringing the car. He did the next day that’s all that matter.

If you want a dealership that listens to your needs and wants to genuinely help your situation this is the place to go! I had a great experience at Classic Honda and I was treated very fairly and got a great deal. Trevor Gordon was my salesman and made sure I was treated well. He took his time and was patient with me until I found the best vehicle to suit my needs for my son's first car. Damien and Khalil helped to close the deal and make sure I got what I needed. I'll be returning to purchase a second vehicle for my daughter who is now jealous of my son's new Civic, lol.

Classic Honda specifically dealing with JD was the best car buying experience I’ve had. They were accommodating and genuine from the start. I drove over 4 hours just to do business with them. I won’t buy Honda’s anywhere else period. There was no “typical” pressure and they went above and beyond to make the experience positive, I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff, but it was JD who really was the star here. His character is beyond reproach.

I was looking for a car for my son turning 16, he wanted something in particular and the Classic Honda of midland dealership had exactly what he wanted. Our sales associate was Layton Williams, he looks young but is mature beyond his years! He talked to my son like a friend, making him feel comfortable and he made the entire buying process fast and easy! In my 40 years of buying cars I can honestly say that he is one of the nicest most respectable people I’ve met and didn’t make us feel like we were just a sell. I walked in very skeptical! When I say Jordan knows his stuff! He does! The next day I had to go in bc it was late the night before so the next day I went in to finish up Brittany was exceptional!
