Recently I visited the Classic Honda of Midland, Texas...to see what the hype is all about. Wasn't disappointed! The new establishment is amazing. Sleek, and shiny! But, its the kindness of the owner, manager, and salesman like Ricky Barrientes that stand out to me. Ricky has great customer skills for sure. You're a friend as soon as the handshake begins. We changed our mind several times on the car and finally decided on the 3rd car. They did not seem inconvenienced at all. They went out of their way to be transparent and thorough. The finance manager Kalil (sp?) also was great. They all worked really hard to make sure that we got into our price range. We were on a bit of time crunch because my daughter had to get to work, so once we decided on the numbers they made things happen really quick so that we could be on our way. The only regret was us having to rush and not being able to stick around and get a picture with a big red bow on the car and a full tutorial of all the features would highly recommend visiting this place!

Great experience from start to finish. I worked with 3 other dealerships during my buying experience and these guys were by far the best. They have transparent pricing and no surprise fees. Shoutout to Frank in sales and Donte in finance. Frank was awesome to work with. I am multiple state lines away from Texas and Frank took no hesitation to FaceTime me or whatever I needed to feel comfortable with the car. He even picked us up from the airport when we came to drive the car home. Donte was equally great to work with as we navigated the paperwork remotely. He was really easy to talk to and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. Amazing - keep up the great work!

I went in for a trade in and was helped by Jalen. Best customer support I've had compared to other dealerships. Very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and amazing customer service. He made sure to take everything into account from my trade in value to something that was in my budget and the best possible vehicle for my family and I. I made an appointment, drove to the dealership, & was then greeted by Britany Lopez. She helped find multiple options for financing and even got an offer on a trade-in. Yes the manager that I believe his name was Craig was helping me said pretty much that because I didn't buy the vehicle from his store that is why he was not going to help me. He said a warranty is a warranty.and walked off . And that was to replace a battery on an 2025 Honda pilot . Andrea was very nice and was very apologetic . And understanding where I was coming from . They is always exceptions to the rule a brand new vehicle shouldn't have a bad battery after less than two years regardless that I went over on the mouse by 1400.
