I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Trevor Gordon at Classic Honda during my car shopping process, and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and kindness. Great experience from start to finish. I worked with 3 other dealerships during my buying experience and these guys were by far the best. They have transparent pricing and no surprise fees. Shoutout to Frank in sales and Donte in finance. Frank was awesome to work with. I am multiple state lines away from Texas and Frank took no hesitation to FaceTime me or whatever I needed to feel comfortable with the car. He even picked us up from the airport when we came to drive the car home. Donte was equally great to work with as we navigated the paperwork remotely. He was really easy to talk to and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. Amazing - keep up the great work!

I went in for a trade in and was helped by Jalen. Best customer support I've had compared to other dealerships. Very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and amazing customer service. He made sure to take everything into account from my trade in value to something that was in my budget and the best possible vehicle for my family and I. There was a point where Jalen couldn't find the vehicle that would've been perfect, but was quick to find a better and newer vehicle for us. If anyone comes here ask for Jalen!

I made an appointment, drove to the dealership, & was then greeted by Britany Lopez. She helped find multiple options for financing and even got an offer on a trade-in. We went on a test drive, and she even showed us features on the vehicle. She made everything very easy & smooth. I thank everyone who helped me with my purchase. I walked into the dealership yesterday with my grandson, wishing to have a leisurely browse at the used vehicles. Brittany greeted us and offered assistance, and she respectfully allowed us time to walk and look. The new Pilot was pretty perfect for our needs; Brittany was knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. We had a great experience at Honda yesterday. I went in to get my van established and maintenanced and they were HONEST about what I needed and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Then I went to talk to the salesman about my husband's vehicle. I spoke to Kuevo (sp?) and he wasn't pushy, which is ultimately what made me go back with my husband. Very long story short, we traded my husband's vehicle and had a great buying experience. In a couple years, I look forward to going back and trading my van for a Pilot. Update: Well we were back sooner than expected to trade my van. We had such a good buying experience the first time that we went straight to Honda this time too. Jeff Martinez helped us this time and he took the time to hear what I wanted and needed. He also wasn’t pushy and hung out with us while we waited on finance. Cool guy! Thanks Honda of Midland!!

Jordan made everything very simple as we were completing the deal over the phone from another state. Between emails, texts, and calls, we had the deal completed, loan approved, and were ready to drive and pick up the vehicle. James and Jordan completed the transaction by Facetime and sending the esignature docs to be completed. Demitri then called after pickup to make sure all was good. Classic Honda of Midland is one of, if not the best, car dealerships out there. We went there after an accident forced us into getting another vehicle. We met Martin Bonilla and he was nothing short of amazing. I was expecting it to be like so many other dealerships that I have dealt with in the area. They aren't. They're honest, (shocker I know), courteous, and patient. Although their choice in football teams made me think twice, I was so convinced that they're the real deal that I sent my son & daughter to Martin to get vehicles too. You won't regret it! For starters, the staff was very patient and professional. We came in to look at a Toyota Sequoia and was in great shape for the age. Mr. Martínez was assigned to us for the negotiation and to check the vehicle out. After negotiating, we almost left the premises but the staff never gave up and gave us a great out the door deal and stayed late to ensure we drove out of there with the Sequoia. We need more salesman and supervisors like the staff at Midland Honda. They are the definition of make it happen no matter what. I had the best experience at Classic Honda of Midland. Demetrio was the salesman who helped us, and he made it such an easy process! We previously went to a different dealership here in town, and it was not the best experience. Demetrio listened to everything I asked for in a car, and not once was he pushy which can be hard to come by at a car dealership. JD is who helped us in the finance department. He was very transparent and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into with buying a car. He explained anything I had questions about or didn’t understand. Both of them had such a good spirit, and made the visit very enjoyable! What started out as a stressful process at another dealership turned into a fun experience with Demetrio and JD!

Big shout out to London (sales) and Dante (manager) for helping us pick out a truck that is reliable and going to last a long time. Plus they battled more and got our payment dropped another 200 a month. I would recommend going and talking to London very respectful guy and will get you in exactly what you want!

Big shout out to London (sales) and Dante (manager) for helping us pick out a truck that is reliable and going to last a long time. Everybody had a great attitude was meant by Ricardo walking in first impression was he was determined and eager to help me find what I was looking for, and Tom greeted me as soon as Ricardo brought us in to get exactly what we wanted and go through inventory. I would highly recommend him, but I did have an issue with the credit manager very unprofessional with my grandson just because he’s young that does not allow people to act that way.
