⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Car Buying Experience This was my first car purchase, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I drove a 2014 Honda Civic for the past 11 years, and it treated me incredibly well. I loved that car, but I knew it was time for an upgrade. I was in the market for a larger vehicle—specifically an SUV. I’ve driven Hondas for over 15 years, and I genuinely believe in the brand, its quality, and its reliability, so choosing Honda again was a no-brainer. What I didn’t know was which model I wanted between the CR-V, Passport, or Pilot. I had the option of visiting Lumos Honda in Odessa or Classic Honda of Midland, and based on Google reviews, I chose Classic Honda—and they absolutely did not disappoint. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a friendly, welcoming environment and professional staff. The service I received from beginning to end was exceptional. The team truly wanted to make sure I found the vehicle that met all of my needs and wants, and they delivered beyond my expectations. As a woman, I especially appreciated that I never felt taken advantage of. I felt respected, well cared for, and fully supported throughout the process. The entire team was professional, transparent, and worked hard to get me into my dream car at the best possible deal. I’m thrilled to say I drove off in a 2026 Honda Passport Elite AWD, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. A special thank you to Damian, Ricky, and Khalil for their outstanding effort, professionalism, and dedication. Their teamwork truly made this experience smooth and stress-free. I was honestly hesitant about driving all the way from California to pick up my new 2026 Honda Passport, but the team here and Damian, the General Manager delivered on everything they promised. They honored all the numbers we discussed over the phone, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and even provided me with lunch while everything was being finalized. I made the trip because the color Passport I wanted was nearly impossible to find in California, but they made it happen for me. On top of that, they gave me top dollar for my trade-in. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and the way they took care of me from start to finish. If you’re considering buying here, do it. They truly go above and beyond.

A big shout to Ricky, Khalil and Damian. They pulled off a miracle for me. My overall experience was beyond what I expected. I went in not expecting to buy a new 2025 Honda Accord with only 6 miles on it, but they made it happen. My expectations were low, as I was looking for used and with a lower budget and lower down payment. Not going to lie, my credit is in the dumps (499) and I have a repo in my history. So I kept the bar low as far as expectations go. I wasn't expecting to be blessed last night. From the moment I walked in Ricky greeted me with zero pressure and listened to what I needed and didn't push anything I didn't want. He took note of everything I was interested in. Again, I was keeping the bar low as I didn't expect anything really. He threw out there "Are you opposed to new?" I said "No, but I have to have a lower budget." All while Khalil and Damian were in the background making the magic happen. Ricky brought out the car i was interested in, a 2021 Honda Civic. A great car but significantly more miles on it. We went for a drive, came back to the dealership and spoke numbers. They were patient and working with me as I had to call my family, talk about the purchase, etcetera. Khalil and Damian were still working in the background as me and Ricky were talking. Exchanging stories and found we had a similar background which made the whole experience so far a pleasure. Even after the store was closing, still no pressure from him on making a decision. Ricky said I'll be right back. He then comes from outside and says come outside with me. He said "I know it's not the 2021 you wanted but it's a 2025 with 6 miles on it. Also has everything you're lookingfor" I was thinking, damn, they're trying to get me to pay more. After he showed me the car, went for a test drive, we got back. He said he'll be right back. He came back with a paper, and wow! Was I surprised. Khalil and Damian worked whatever they had cooking in the background. They made me an offer for my down payment and the budget I was looking for. I said "Are you serious?" He said "Yes." "For a 2025?" "Yes" he said. I was in shock, I was speechless. A new 2025 with 6 miles on it for the rate I was looking for. They even knocked off from the sticker price, by thousands. I didn't know what to say. Talked to my wife and family. By this time it was way past closing time and they were all still patient with me. After talking to my family, I took the offer. I can't be more happy with it either. I rang the bell, Ricky yelled he bought a new car. They clapped for me and handed me the keys to my new car. As I'm writing this I'm still kind of in a disbelief that they made it happen for me. I appreciate all the work the guys put in and the patience they had. They were a blessing and I'm grateful for what they did. Thank you again Ricky, Khalil and Damian. I appreciate the work you guys did.

After days of searching google endlessly I finally found an affordable Honda that was basically brand new for my first car! No dents, scratches or anything! Had to jump on the offer as soon as possible. This dealership’s General Manager, Damian Mikal is outstanding and truly cares about his customers. We had a misunderstanding at the beginning, and he personally stepped in and took the time to help me. He showed that he genuinely cares for his clients, demonstrated a lot of patience (because I can be annoying ), and stood behind his word. I had a great experience buying my Honda Civic Type R thanks to the help of Laura Herreno and the General Manager, Damian Mikal. Laura was very patient, answered all my questions and guided me through everything with a lot of professionalism. When a small issue came up, Damian stepped in right away and took care of it. I was looking for a Honda Ridgeline throughout Texas, large cities and small, and stumbled upon Classic Honda. The price they offered me was solid, and were flexible with my financing options. My salesman was Trevor, and he was great. Since the beginning of talks regarding a particular ridgeline, Trevor helped me find the best deal possible, without any games. His communication was excellent, and he even stayed late one night so that I could pick it up after purchasing. Great guy, and very knowledgeable and professional. 10/10

I went in looking for a purchase order, Jalen was the first one to see if I needed help and made sure all my questions were answered and my needs were met! Very respectful and not too “pushy” like other salesman I’ve met! When the purchase was finalized, I couldn’t come get the vehicle and Jalen even drove from Midland to Odessa to bring it to me! Yes the manager that I believe his name was Craig was helping me said pretty much that because I didn't buy the vehicle from his store that is why he was not going to help me. He said a warranty is a warranty.and walked off . And that was to replace a battery on an 2025 Honda pilot . Andrea was very nice and was very apologetic . And understanding where I was coming from . They is always exceptions to the rule a brand new vehicle shouldn't have a bad battery after less than two years regardless that I went over on the mouse by 1400.
