Had a great experience there yesterday. My daughter and I worked with Trevor and Michael. Both of them listened to us with patience and were very kind. We changed our mind several times on the car and finally decided on the 3rd car. They did not seem inconvenienced at all. They went out of their way to be transparent and thorough. The finance manager Kalil (sp?) also was great. They all worked really hard to make sure that we got into our price range. We were on a bit of time crunch because my daughter had to get to work, so once we decided on the numbers they made things happen really quick so that we could be on our way. The only regret was us having to rush and not being able to stick around and get a picture with a big red bow on the car and a full tutorial of all the features would highly recommend visiting this place!

Vine con expectativas muy bajas sobre mi aprobación y APR, para mi sorpresa estuvieron peleando com la financiera para darme el Down payment más bajo posible así como el interés y así fue, lo consiguieron y me llevé un auto totalmente nuevo! From the time we walked in until we left in our new car, everything was smooth and amazing. Trevor our sales representative, Dante in finance, and Damian the GM were nothing short of rockstars. Everyone here had great attitudes and genuinely cared about us and what we wanted. Besides the attitudes I have never had such a great rate with anyone else before. Great experience from start to finish. I worked with 3 other dealerships during my buying experience and these guys were by far the best. They have transparent pricing and no surprise fees. Shoutout to Frank in sales and Donte in finance. Frank was awesome to work with. I am multiple state lines away from Texas and Frank took no hesitation to FaceTime me or whatever I needed to feel comfortable with the car. He even picked us up from the airport when we came to drive the car home. Donte was equally great to work with as we navigated the paperwork remotely. He was really easy to talk to and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. Amazing - keep up the great work!

I went in for a trade in and was helped by Jalen. Best customer support I've had compared to other dealerships. Very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and amazing customer service. He made sure to take everything into account from my trade in value to something that was in my budget and the best possible vehicle for my family and I. There was a point where Jalen couldn't find the vehicle that would've been perfect, but was quick to find a better and newer vehicle for us. If anyone comes here ask for Jalen!

I’m glad that I chose to go to Classic Honda of Midland. I was a first-time buyer looking to trade in my vehicle when I found a car I liked on their website. I made an appointment, drove to the dealership, & was then greeted by Britany Lopez. She helped find multiple options for financing and even got an offer on a trade-in. We went on a test drive, and she even showed us features on the vehicle. She made everything very easy & smooth. I thank everyone who helped me with my purchase. I have achieved a new milestone of becoming an adult and purchasing my very own vehicle. I even got to ring a bell after signing for the car, which was pretty exciting for me. He got straight to the point, walked me through every detail, and truly went above and beyond to help me get into my dream car. His professionalism and knowledge made the entire process easy and stress-free. I also had the pleasure of working with Damien, one of the managers, and he was just as incredible. I walked into the dealership yesterday with my grandson, wishing to have a leisurely browse at the used vehicles. Brittany greeted us and offered assistance, and she respectfully allowed us time to walk and look. The new Pilot was pretty perfect for our needs; Brittany was knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. We had a great experience at Honda yesterday. I went in to get my van established and maintenanced and they were HONEST about what I needed and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Then I went to talk to the salesman about my husband's vehicle. I spoke to Kuevo (sp?) and he wasn't pushy, which is ultimately what made me go back with my husband. Very long story short, we traded my husband's vehicle and had a great buying experience. In a couple years, I look forward to going back and trading my van for a Pilot. Update: Well we were back sooner than expected to trade my van. We had such a good buying experience the first time that we went straight to Honda this time too. Jeff Martinez helped us this time and he took the time to hear what I wanted and needed. He also wasn’t pushy and hung out with us while we waited on finance. Cool guy! Thanks Honda of Midland!!

Recently was in the market for a new car and I visited many different car lots around the midland/odessa area but Midland Classic Honda stood out the most! Jordan made everything very simple as we were completing the deal over the phone from another state. Between emails, texts, and calls, we had the deal completed, loan approved, and were ready to drive and pick up the vehicle. James and Jordan completed the transaction by Facetime and sending the esignature docs to be completed. Demitri then called after pickup to make sure all was good. As far as buying from here it was an okay experience, it was a lot of back and forth and 2 days worth of time to get out with what I wanted, needless to say I was exhausted and ready to leave by the end of it so I didn't really care. Now as for the service department and the reason for my 5 stars, they are amazing! I've dealt with "Red" a few times and he always makes sure everything is good and tries to get me in and out quickly, this last time I dealt with Toney and he was super amazing! He really went out of his way to make sure I got the best service possible and as cheap as possible as well! I would recommend either of them any day! The whole service department is great. This is my first Google review, because of the service teams amazing customer service!
