Comparto mi experiencia porque el cambio acá es brutal , el trato es muy bueno las personas son agradable, se siente muy a gusto cuando llegas a un lugar y te sientes respetado y atendido desde la puerta , había tenido una experiencia muy diferente en el antiguo dealer de la Honda pero ahora creo que vale la pena venir.

Big shout out to London (sales) and Dante (manager) for helping us pick out a truck that is reliable and going to last a long time. Everybody had a great attitude was meant by Ricardo walking in first impression was he was determined and eager to help me find what I was looking for, and Tom greeted me as soon as Ricardo brought us in to get exactly what we wanted and go through inventory. I was very happy with the salesman. His name was Mark. I would highly recommend him, but I did have an issue with the credit manager very unprofessional with my grandson just because he’s young that does not allow people to act that way. It was about his trade-in because he didn’t bring it in that same day you have the option to look around you don’t have to just take what you’re gonna do on that one day. He was scolding him about not bringing the car. He did the next day that’s all that matter.

It’s hard to find someone in this industry you feel you can trust 100%, but Jordan is the real deal. He’s a high character guy who is clearly more interested in building a relationship than just hitting a quota. He was transparent about everything and stayed late to make sure I was comfortable with the paperwork. Honestly, his integrity made the whole experience stress free.

I wasn't even sure if I was ready to buy yet, but Jordan’s energy is what kept me at the dealership. He didn’t just treat me like another lead he treated me like a guest. Even when we were looking at service intervals and long term maintenance, he was incredibly knowledgeable. He has this “customer first” mentality that you just don't see much anymore. If you want someone who actually advocates for you, Jordan is your guy.

Huge shoutout to Jordan for helping me get into my new Ridgeline. What stood out most was the level of attention he gave me. I drove a 2014 Honda Civic for the past 11 years, and it treated me incredibly well. I loved that car, but I knew it was time for an upgrade. I was in the market for a larger vehicle—specifically an SUV. I’ve driven Hondas for over 15 years, and I genuinely believe in the brand, its quality, and its reliability, so choosing Honda again was a no-brainer. What I didn’t know was which model I wanted between the CR-V, Passport, or Pilot. I had the option of visiting Lumos Honda in Odessa or Classic Honda of Midland, and based on Google reviews, I chose Classic Honda—and they absolutely did not disappoint. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a friendly, welcoming environment and professional staff. The service I received from beginning to end was exceptional. I was honestly hesitant about driving all the way from California to pick up my new 2026 Honda Passport, but the team here and Damian, the General Manager delivered on everything they promised. They honored all the numbers we discussed over the phone, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and even provided me with lunch while everything was being finalized. I made the trip because the color Passport I wanted was nearly impossible to find in California, but they made it happen for me. On top of that, they gave me top dollar for my trade-in. A big shout to Ricky, Khalil and Damian. They pulled off a miracle for me. My overall experience was beyond what I expected. I went in not expecting to buy a new 2025 Honda Accord with only 6 miles on it, but they made it happen. My expectations were low, as I was looking for used and with a lower budget and lower down payment. Not going to lie, my credit is in the dumps (499) and I have a repo in my history. So I kept the bar low as far as expectations go. I wasn't expecting to be blessed last night. From the moment I walked in Ricky greeted me with zero pressure and listened to what I needed and didn't push anything I didn't want. He took note of everything I was interested in. Again, I was keeping the bar low as I didn't expect anything really. He threw out there "Are you opposed to new?" I said "No, but I have to have a lower budget." All while Khalil and Damian were in the background making the magic happen. Ricky brought out the car i was interested in, a 2021 Honda Civic. A great car but significantly more miles on it. We went for a drive, came back to the dealership and spoke numbers. They were patient and working with me as I had to call my family, talk about the purchase, etcetera. Khalil and Damian were still working in the background as me and Ricky were talking. Exchanging stories and found we had a similar background which made the whole experience so far a pleasure. Even after the store was closing, still no pressure from him on making a decision. Ricky said I'll be right back. He then comes from outside and says come outside with me. He said "I know it's not the 2021 you wanted but it's a 2025 with 6 miles on it. Also has everything you're lookingfor" I was thinking, damn, they're trying to get me to pay more. After he showed me the car, went for a test drive, we got back. He said he'll be right back. He came back with a paper, and wow! Was I surprised. Khalil and Damian worked whatever they had cooking in the background. They made me an offer for my down payment and the budget I was looking for. I said "Are you serious?" He said "Yes." "For a 2025?" "Yes" he said. I was in shock, I was speechless. A new 2025 with 6 miles on it for the rate I was looking for. They even knocked off from the sticker price, by thousands. I didn't know what to say. Talked to my wife and family. By this time it was way past closing time and they were all still patient with me. After talking to my family, I took the offer. I can't be more happy with it either. I rang the bell, Ricky yelled he bought a new car. They clapped for me and handed me the keys to my new car. As I'm writing this I'm still kind of in a disbelief that they made it happen for me. I appreciate all the work the guys put in and the patience they had. They were a blessing and I'm grateful for what they did. Thank you again Ricky, Khalil and Damian. I appreciate the work you guys did.
