Yes the manager that I believe his name was Craig was helping me said pretty much that because I didn't buy the vehicle from his store that is why he was not going to help me. He said a warranty is a warranty.and walked off . And that was to replace a battery on an 2025 Honda pilot . Andrea was very nice and was very apologetic . And understanding where I was coming from . They is always exceptions to the rule a brand new vehicle shouldn't have a bad battery after less than two years regardless that I went over on the mouse by 1400. When you more customer service like Andrea

I had a great experience buying my Honda Civic from Classic Honda of Midland, even though I’m not local to the area. My salesman, Jordan Robinson, made the whole process easy from start to finish. We handled everything over text since I couldn’t be there in person, and there was zero haggling involved. Jordan was friendly and responsive the whole way through, and the deal came together fast without any of the usual back-and-forth you expect at a dealership. A month ago I went in looking for newer car. Layton was very patient and very helpful and didn’t mind answering all my many questions. These guys are professional and very respectful! I had a problem with another dealer who tried textbook bullying me into buying their overpriced Honda Fit (in Arlington, TX), while this dealer sold me a different Honda Fit (Midland, TX) for less than half the price and less than double the milage! They also are rated top dealer through Carfax for good reason (excellent paperwork and service compared to other dealers). Albeit Daniel was somewhat pushy on the warranty that I decided not to get, he and management were very reasonable and respectful. I plan to come back for a bigger car in the future.

Technical specs, safety ratings, even the small UI features on the dash. He’s clearly passionate about what he does, and that enthusiasm is contagious. It’s hard to find someone in this industry you feel you can trust 100%, but Jordan is the real deal. He’s a high character guy who is clearly more interested in building a relationship than just hitting a quota.
