Comparto mi experiencia porque el cambio acá es brutal , el trato es muy bueno las personas son agradable, se siente muy a gusto cuando llegas a un lugar y te sientes respetado y atendido desde la puerta , había tenido una experiencia muy diferente en el antiguo dealer de la Honda pero ahora creo que vale la pena venir.

Big shout out to London (sales) and Dante (manager) for helping us pick out a truck that is reliable and going to last a long time. Plus they battled more and got our payment dropped another 200 a month. I would recommend going and talking to London very respectful guy and will get you in exactly what you want!

Had a great experience, walking through the door greeted by everybody. Everybody had a great attitude was meant by Ricardo walking in first impression was he was determined and eager to help me find what I was looking for, and Tom greeted me as soon as Ricardo brought us in to get exactly what we wanted and go through inventory. I was very happy with the salesman. His name was Mark. I would highly recommend him, but I did have an issue with the credit manager very unprofessional with my grandson just because he’s young that does not allow people to act that way. It was about his trade-in because he didn’t bring it in that same day you have the option to look around you don’t have to just take what you’re gonna do on that one day. He was scolding him about not bringing the car. He did the next day that’s all that matter.

They answered all my questions, explained the process clearly, and never made me feel pressured. It’s rare to find people who are both professional and easy to talk to, but they definitely are. Trevor and the rest of the crew were so wonderful from start to finish. For a single young woman and first time financer to come out of a sale feeling respectfully informed and fully confident in my purchase means the world. The quality of the car is impeccable. We all know what buying used in WTX entails (dust, scratches, stink) but they paid such close attention to perfecting this car before I drove it off the lot it feels, looks, and drives brand new. The minor imperfections were made very clear to me the second I laid eyes on it (very small scratch that could’ve easily been overlooked.) Everything was extremely transparent, I was given so many options without feeling like a hassle or pushed to buy add ons that I didn’t feel I needed. I would highly recommend working with Trevor.

We all know what buying used in WTX entails (dust, scratches, stink) but they paid such close attention to perfecting this car before I drove it off the lot it feels, looks, and drives brand new. The minor imperfections were made very clear to me the second I laid eyes on it (very small scratch that could’ve easily been overlooked.) Everything was extremely transparent, I was given so many options without feeling like a hassle or pushed to buy add ons that I didn’t feel I needed. I would highly recommend working with Trevor.

These guys are professional and very respectful! I had a problem with another dealer who tried textbook bullying me into buying their overpriced Honda Fit (in Arlington, TX), while this dealer sold me a different Honda Fit (Midland, TX) for less than half the price and less than double the milage! They also are rated top dealer through Carfax for good reason (excellent paperwork and service compared to other dealers). Albeit Daniel was somewhat pushy on the warranty that I decided not to get, he and management were very reasonable and respectful. I plan to come back for a bigger car in the future.

Jordan is a total pro. The level of attention he pays to the small stuff is what sets him apart. He knew the new civics inside and out! Technical specs, safety ratings, even the small UI features on the dash. He’s clearly passionate about what he does, and that enthusiasm is contagious.
