As far as buying from here it was an okay experience, it was a lot of back and forth and 2 days worth of time to get out with what I wanted, needless to say I was exhausted and ready to leave by the end of it so I didn't really care. Now as for the service department and the reason for my 5 stars, they are amazing! I've dealt with "Red" a few times and he always makes sure everything is good and tries to get me in and out quickly, this last time I dealt with Toney and he was super amazing! He really went out of his way to make sure I got the best service possible and as cheap as possible as well! I would recommend either of them any day! The whole service department is great. This is my first Google review, because of the service teams amazing customer service!

It’s hard to find someone in this industry you feel you can trust 100%, but Jordan is the real deal. He’s a high character guy who is clearly more interested in building a relationship than just hitting a quota. I’ve driven Hondas for over 15 years, and I genuinely believe in the brand, its quality, and its reliability, so choosing Honda again was a no-brainer. What I didn’t know was which model I wanted between the CR-V, Passport, or Pilot. I had the option of visiting Lumos Honda in Odessa or Classic Honda of Midland, and based on Google reviews, I chose Classic Honda—and they absolutely did not disappoint.
