Yes the manager that I believe his name was Craig was helping me said pretty much that because I didn't buy the vehicle from his store that is why he was not going to help me. He said a warranty is a warranty.and walked off . And that was to replace a battery on an 2025 Honda pilot . Andrea was very nice and was very apologetic . And understanding where I was coming from . They is always exceptions to the rule a brand new vehicle shouldn't have a bad battery after less than two years regardless that I went over on the mouse by 1400. When you more customer service like Andrea

I had a great experience buying my Honda Civic from Classic Honda of Midland, even though I’m not local to the area. My salesman, Jordan Robinson, made the whole process easy from start to finish. We handled everything over text since I couldn’t be there in person, and there was zero haggling involved. Jordan was friendly and responsive the whole way through, and the deal came together fast without any of the usual back-and-forth you expect at a dealership. Everybody had a great attitude was meant by Ricardo walking in first impression was he was determined and eager to help me find what I was looking for, and Tom greeted me as soon as Ricardo brought us in to get exactly what we wanted and go through inventory. Tom did an amazing job financing and getting me into the truck that I want Ricardo did an amazing job finding. . I was very happy with the salesman. His name was Mark. I would highly recommend him, but I did have an issue with the credit manager very unprofessional with my grandson just because he’s young that does not allow people to act that way. It was about his trade-in because he didn’t bring it in that same day you have the option to look around you don’t have to just take what you’re gonna do on that one day. He was scolding him about not bringing the car. He did the next day that’s all that matter.

I was very happy with the salesman. His name was Mark. I would highly recommend him, but I did have an issue with the credit manager very unprofessional with my grandson just because he’s young that does not allow people to act that way. It was about his trade-in because he didn’t bring it in that same day you have the option to look around you don’t have to just take what you’re gonna do on that one day. He was scolding him about not bringing the car. He did the next day that’s all that matter.
