Had a great experience buying a used truck for my son. Lori responded to my inquiry about the truck within 5 minutes and she was very accommodating to allow me to have the truck inspected and looked at by a mechanic. The negotiation was simple and stress free. Sale manager Chad was friendly and very helpful. Being a new dealership in the area can be challenging but they are doing a great job to make a positive name for themselves here in Midland. Thanks Lori and Chad! My son loves the truck!

As far as buying from here it was an okay experience, it was a lot of back and forth and 2 days worth of time to get out with what I wanted, needless to say I was exhausted and ready to leave by the end of it so I didn't really care. Now as for the service department and the reason for my 5 stars, they are amazing! I've dealt with "Red" a few times and he always makes sure everything is good and tries to get me in and out quickly, this last time I dealt with Toney and he was super amazing! He really went out of his way to make sure I got the best service possible and as cheap as possible as well! I would recommend either of them any day! The whole service department is great. This is my first Google review, because of the service teams amazing customer service!

Comparto mi experiencia porque el cambio acá es brutal , el trato es muy bueno las personas son agradable, se siente muy a gusto cuando llegas a un lugar y te sientes respetado y atendido desde la puerta , había tenido una experiencia muy diferente en el antiguo dealer de la Honda pero ahora creo que vale la pena venir.
