Had a fantastic experience! Purchased my wife a 2025 Honda Accord, they had the best price I could find for the year and miles that it had. Purchased it basically new. Honda of Midland is the absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with. Our salesman, Layton, was the most professional, polite & patient in helping our daughter select the car she wanted, down to the color & trim. He took the time to not only show her the availability but also explain and go over the buying process. The staff treated you with the upmost respect, from the sales floor, finance to the ending process with signatures. Buying a car from Honda was fast, easy & never felt pressured into buying or settling. Even though the whole dealership was busy, we felt at home and not rushed at all. Big shout out to London (sales) and Dante (manager) for helping us pick out a truck that is reliable and going to last a long time. Everybody had a great attitude was meant by Ricardo walking in first impression was he was determined and eager to help me find what I was looking for, and Tom greeted me as soon as Ricardo brought us in to get exactly what we wanted and go through inventory. I would highly recommend him, but I did have an issue with the credit manager very unprofessional with my grandson just because he’s young that does not allow people to act that way.
