Every time I get my Honda serviced at this location it has been a positive experience. The workers are friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They always update you on their progress and will recommend needed services. Cold water and snacks is provided free of charge. The waiting room is extremely comfortable. If I have to leave for anything, they provide drop off and pick up Uber service for free. Another exceptional service provided was a loaner vehicle which was brand new. Yes the manager that I believe his name was Craig was helping me said pretty much that because I didn't buy the vehicle from his store that is why he was not going to help me. He said a warranty is a warranty.and walked off . And that was to replace a battery on an 2025 Honda pilot . Andrea was very nice and was very apologetic . And understanding where I was coming from . They is always exceptions to the rule a brand new vehicle shouldn't have a bad battery after less than two years regardless that I went over on the mouse by 1400. When you more customer service like Andrea

A month ago I went in looking for newer car. Layton was very patient and very helpful and didn’t mind answering all my many questions. The team even stayed past hours to help me close the deal on a Civic 2026. This is a good team, gave me a good deal too. I appreciate it.
