Comparto mi experiencia porque el cambio acá es brutal , el trato es muy bueno las personas son agradable, se siente muy a gusto cuando llegas a un lugar y te sientes respetado y atendido desde la puerta , había tenido una experiencia muy diferente en el antiguo dealer de la Honda pero ahora creo que vale la pena venir.

Big shout out to London (sales) and Dante (manager) for helping us pick out a truck that is reliable and going to last a long time. Plus they battled more and got our payment dropped another 200 a month. I would recommend going and talking to London very respectful guy and will get you in exactly what you want!

Everybody had a great attitude was meant by Ricardo walking in first impression was he was determined and eager to help me find what I was looking for, and Tom greeted me as soon as Ricardo brought us in to get exactly what we wanted and go through inventory. I was very happy with the salesman. His name was Mark. I would highly recommend him, but I did have an issue with the credit manager very unprofessional with my grandson just because he’s young that does not allow people to act that way. It was about his trade-in because he didn’t bring it in that same day you have the option to look around you don’t have to just take what you’re gonna do on that one day. He was scolding him about not bringing the car. He did the next day that’s all that matter.

Just a little back story, I lost my husband early this year made the move from Dallas back home to the Permian basin. With death come a lot of debt. I went into debt trying to stay afloat and I needed a car! Filled out the online application Andrae called me said what are you looking for told him I had a wrangler but it was stolen shortly after my move. With my credit issues I honestly didn’t think I would be in another one anytime soon! I just drove off the lot with this beauty!!!! I can’t thank Andrae enough for all his help and patience he got me the best deal and payments where I wanted them and the car I wanted!!! I recommend the whole team and classic Honda! Went to Classic Honda of Midland today for an oil change. Wasn’t quite due to be covered under warranty but I told them to change it anyway. After my service I went to check out and the service woman Rochelle had comped the oil change, and had also done a tire rotation and multi point inspection. Many thanks Rochelle!!

The customer service was great and the environment was very friendly and welcoming, if youre thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Honda Of Midland I say go for it!I had the pleasure of working with Josh on the sales side. Rochelle at Midlands Classic Cars of Honda saved my vacation. I called with a transmission light warning and they got me right in. Needed a transmission fluid flush and they did it while I waited. Friendly and quick service. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Rochelle and Lance in the service department are absolute gems! They gave me the fastest and easiest experience! Got me in first thing in the morning, arranged me a ride home, then had my car back to me by lunch time the same day when the best another local dealership could do was give me a 3 day window just for getting a diagnosis. Give them a raise, a promotion, and whatever else they want because they are doing their thang and keeping customers happy and taken care of!

My daughter bought a 2024 Accord from here, and shortly a day after purchase the ADAS failed due to an after market windshield being installed. I talked to the owner and they repaired it with a honda windshield! They are a fantastic dealership and I will be buying from them in the future!
