I’ve been looking for a newer, used vehicle for a while, and decided to I’d make a trip to visit Classic Honda of Midland. I met a very nice salesman, Josh Daniels, who knew his stuff, and was great with helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He and the sales manager worked together to get me the payments I was looking for. Needless to say, the of a newer, used vehicle went out the window when I found my brand new Accord. So glad I chose to stop in.

My sales person Trevor went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and wants. I was able to do everything over the phone and I was able to find the truck I wanted. I will definitely purchase my next car with him. Trevor Gordon, is the right person to choose if you’re looking for a car, he is the sales person to go to!!!!! So happy, I bought my truck from Honda and that Trevor was able to assist :-)

I bought a car with Quavo and he was amazing. I’ve never bought from a dealership and was confused by pretty much the whole process but he took the time to explain everything in an easy way and worked with me on every aspect to get me a car as quickly as possible. World class experience. I went to Lumos and had a horrible experience. Grateful I found this place. If you’re in Odessa and or Midland this is the palace to be they will treat you great. I got my car for 25 dollars less a month than Lumos . I even called San Angelo and midland was the most transparent and offered the best value they even gave me a lifetime powertrain . Damian the GM and my sales manager Khalil took great care of me . It felt like I was dealing with friends rather than buying a car.

I took my 2018 CRV in for a recall and to kill time I looked at the 2025 CRV’s. I took a CRV sport/touring AWD for a test drive and it felt like driving a much more expensive vehicle. Frank Bonilla and his manager Khalil were patient and listened to all my concerns. They were able to get me a really good deal and even made the deal sweeter in the end by giving me the Honda scooter. I couldn’t believe it. They did not have to do that but did anyway. The recall on the 2018 was supposed to take 2 1/2 hours and the service department completed the job in one hour. They did a great job too. Thank you, Classic Honda.

This dealership is my absolute favorite. Quavo is amazing at what he does, he makes the process of buying a car very smooth and easy. Everyone at the dealership has a great demeanor and I enjoyed it very much! They are wonderful to work with and I plan on buying all of my cars from them! Quavo is the best :)

I’m so glad that I chose to go to Classic Honda of Midland. Josh Daniels, my salesman was great!! The sales manager was also great!!! They worked diligently until they got me approved. I initially stopped in for a used vehicle. I drove away in a brand spanking new car with only 4 miles on the odometer. God is good!!

First class service from entry to driving away. We were referred by another family who purchased their family vehicles from Brian Gonzalez. He’s a true gentleman and very knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and in very little time we had options that were perfect for our first time driver. Jose was our finance manager and also very knowledgeable who guided us to the best options for our family. Jose gave us a car bow to ensure our Christmas surprise was extra special. Just a little back story, I lost my husband early this year made the move from Dallas back home to the Permian basin. With death come a lot of debt. I went into debt trying to stay afloat and I needed a car! Filled out the online application Andrae called me said what are you looking for told him I had a wrangler but it was stolen shortly after my move. With my credit issues I honestly didn’t think I would be in another one anytime soon! I just drove off the lot with this beauty!!!! I can’t thank Andrae enough for all his help and patience he got me the best deal and payments where I wanted them and the car I wanted!!! I recommend the whole team and classic Honda! Thank you guys so much you have no idea what this means for me and my kids!

Went to Classic Honda of Midland today for an oil change. Wasn’t quite due to be covered under warranty but I told them to change it anyway. After my service I went to check out and the service woman Rochelle had comped the oil change, and had also done a tire rotation and multi point inspection. Many thanks Rochelle!!

Rochelle and Lance in the service department are absolute gems! They gave me the fastest and easiest experience! Got me in first thing in the morning, arranged me a ride home, then had my car back to me by lunch time the same day when the best another local dealership could do was give me a 3 day window just for getting a diagnosis. Give them a raise, a promotion, and whatever else they want because they are doing their thang and keeping customers happy and taken care of!

Yes the manager that I believe his name was Craig was helping me said pretty much that because I didn't buy the vehicle from his store that is why he was not going to help me. He said a warranty is a warranty.and walked off . And that was to replace a battery on an 2025 Honda pilot . Andrea was very nice and was very apologetic . And understanding where I was coming from . They is always exceptions to the rule a brand new vehicle shouldn't have a bad battery after less than two years regardless that I went over on the mouse by 1400. When you more customer service like Andrea

I had a great experience buying my Honda Civic from Classic Honda of Midland, even though I’m not local to the area. My salesman, Jordan Robinson, made the whole process easy from start to finish. We handled everything over text since I couldn’t be there in person, and there was zero haggling involved. Had a fantastic experience! Purchased my wife a 2025 Honda Accord, they had the best price I could find for the year and miles that it had. Purchased it basically new. Honda of Midland is the absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with. Our salesman, Layton, was the most professional, polite & patient in helping our daughter select the car she wanted, down to the color & trim. He took the time to not only show her the availability but also explain and go over the buying process. The staff treated you with the upmost respect, from the sales floor, finance to the ending process with signatures. Buying a car from Honda was fast, easy & never felt pressured into buying or settling. Even though the whole dealership was busy, we felt at home and not rushed at all. I will say Honda has definitely won our future business indeed! Thank you all at Honda - we truly appreciate you all for our 2026 Honda Accord purchase!

Big shout out to London (sales) and Dante (manager) for helping us pick out a truck that is reliable and going to last a long time. We drove from El Paso to go to this dealership because of the great customer service when we inquired about a vehicle online. Trevor Gordon was the salesman we worked with.
