We discovered this dealership online, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional! Sal, the Sales Manager, was outstanding to work with—his professionalism and dedication made this one of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had. I highly recommend this dealership.​ A special mention to every single salesperson we encountered; they were all incredibly friendly and helpful, even though they weren't directly assisting us. Their willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. The Finance Manager Khalil was also very friendly and helpful as well. Make the drive there, we drove 2 hours and it was well worth it!

***NOTE ADDED 4-21-25: I did not purchase a car at this dealership; I took my car PURCHASED IN ANOTHER CITY to their service department. The response below is disappointing that management did not even seem to read my review but instead, sent a generic response indicating I had just bought a car. Sigh. *** If your parents have ever told you that you “can’t trust the dealership” OR that the dealership service would be “too expensive”, that’s just not true at Classic Honda. I felt like the service technician “had my back” and showed true concern for my needs and utmost care for my car. I will go to Classic Honda for any and all future needs.

Adrian got my partner a really good deal and was actually able to get us a car that was a good price for monthly even when he didn't have that much credit and the general manager was able to talk to the bank and get us a newer car at a fair price! :)

Even though I'm from Odessa I decided to give midland a shot to earn my business. Came to Classic Honda of Midland and they took care of everything i asked and more. If your in need of a new vehicle i definitely would go see those guys. As soon as I walked in they were offering me a coffee and a water. Went to service my vehicle at Classic Honda of Midland and the technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable of the issues that I had. I wasn’t looking for a vehicle at the time but Jamel my salesman now, drove up in a new Honda Accord that caught my eye. Long story short I traded in my Civic and he upgraded me into a brand new Accord with the same payment: I couldn’t believe it and when I say great customer service they by far have the best. From the service department all the way to the salesman, they will take care of you. Go see Jamel at Classic Honda of Midland and also can’t forget about the service department. Classic Honda of Midland is by far the best. Went to see if I could get a car with no intentions of buying because I thought my credit was not good enough. The GM Damian went above and beyond to assist us while getting our vehicle. We live 7 hours away and when my husband found the car he wanted, Damian made sure we were taken care of. We had a great experience at Honda yesterday. I went in to get my van established and maintenanced and they were HONEST about what I needed and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Then I went to talk to the salesman about my husband's vehicle. I spoke to Kuevo (sp?) and he wasn't pushy, which is ultimately what made me go back with my husband. Very long story short, we traded my husband's vehicle and had a great buying experience. In a couple years, I look forward to going back and trading my van for a Pilot.

Had the best experience today! I traded in my ‘24 CRV for a ‘25 CRV. It truly has been one of the greatest cars I’ve had. I am so happy with it! Manny was a big help! If you’re looking for a car, Damian “Dee” is the ONLY person you need to see. I’ve purchased not one, but two cars from Dee. He is hands down the best in the game. I had a great experience with Classic Honda of Midland, great service and great people, I just bought a new Honda Civic and it drives great!!! I needed a new one because my old vehicle was really old and worn out, with the help of one of the sales people that work there,Trevor Gordon! With his help I was able to get a new vehicle and away with my old one and now I don’t have to worry about my new vehicle braking down anymore that I got new wheels. Everybody had a great attitude was meant by Ricardo walking in first impression was he was determined and eager to help me find what I was looking for, and Tom greeted me as soon as Ricardo brought us in to get exactly what we wanted and go through inventory. I would highly recommend him, but I did have an issue with the credit manager very unprofessional with my grandson just because he’s young that does not allow people to act that way.
