Classic Honda of Midland Expands Community Partnership with Midland Christian School

New sponsorship supports Midland Christian athletics, facility improvements and student experiences while bringing MCS to television audiences across the Permian Basin

MIDLAND, Texas — Classic Honda of Midland is continuing its commitment to investing in the people, schools and organizations that make West Texas special by proudly announcing its sponsorship and community partnership with Midland Christian School (MCS).

As part of this new partnership, Classic Honda of Midland recently had the opportunity to film a series of television commercials alongside Midland Christian students. The commercials will be seen throughout the Permian Basin, including during Varsity Football games, giving the community an opportunity to see some of the students, personalities and school spirit that make Midland Christian such an important part of West Texas.

The partnership will also include Classic Honda of Midland imagery and sponsorship recognition at the McGraw Event Center, further connecting the dealership with students, families, faculty, alumni and fans attending events throughout the school year.

Proceeds from the sponsorship remain directly with Midland Christian sports programs and/or facilities, helping provide improvements and resources that benefit students and the school community.

From First Grade to Senior Year

One of the highlights of the partnership has already taken place.

Classic Honda of Midland recently joined Midland Christian students for the filming of new television commercials, and rather than limiting the experience to one team or one age group, students ranging from first grade all the way through their senior year participated in the production.

The result was a fun day that captured something bigger than a traditional commercial.

From some of the school's youngest students to seniors preparing for the next chapter of their lives, the filming brought together different generations of Mustangs and gave students the opportunity to participate in something they will soon be able to see on television throughout West Texas.
