My daughter bought a 2024 Accord from here, and shortly a day after purchase the ADAS failed due to an after market windshield being installed. I talked to the owner and they repaired it with a honda windshield! They are a fantastic dealership and I will be buying from them in the future!

As far as buying from here it was an okay experience, it was a lot of back and forth and 2 days worth of time to get out with what I wanted, needless to say I was exhausted and ready to leave by the end of it so I didn't really care. Now as for the service department and the reason for my 5 stars, they are amazing! I've dealt with "Red" a few times and he always makes sure everything is good and tries to get me in and out quickly, this last time I dealt with Toney and he was super amazing! He really went out of his way to make sure I got the best service possible and as cheap as possible as well! I would recommend either of them any day! The whole service department is great. This is my first Google review, because of the service teams amazing customer service!

They answered all my questions, explained the process clearly, and never made me feel pressured. It’s rare to find people who are both professional and easy to talk to, but they definitely are. For a single young woman and first time financer to come out of a sale feeling respectfully informed and fully confident in my purchase means the world. The quality of the car is impeccable. We all know what buying used in WTX entails (dust, scratches, stink) but they paid such close attention to perfecting this car before I drove it off the lot it feels, looks, and drives brand new. The minor imperfections were made very clear to me the second I laid eyes on it (very small scratch that could’ve easily been overlooked.) Everything was extremely transparent, I was given so many options without feeling like a hassle or pushed to buy add ons that I didn’t feel I needed. I would highly recommend working with Trevor.

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I first reached out to Classic Honda of Midland – my last new car purchase was back in 2015 and I generally haven't had very pleasant experiences with dealerships in the past. My perspective was completely changed yesterday after having the pleasure of working with the team at Classic Honda of Midland. The most important things to me was that I was treated with respect throughout, and everyone was polite, patient, and respectful throughout the process. Every single person I talked to was down to earth and definitely broke the stereotypes I had envisioned about so-called "stealerships" – there was none of that here. Super transparent, no gimmicks, just regular (but exceptional) people doing their jobs to make an honest, fair sale. I could go on and on, but I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Honda to check them out. They saved me a lot of time and effort of "shopping around" for a good deal and came to the table with a very fair and reasonable offer. I'd like to recognize the people I had the pleasure of working with, including Andrae, Dante, Luis and Henry – and every single person that greeted me and made sure I was being helped the entire time I was there. Overall, I had a great experience and definitely recommend!

Such a friendly and happy environment. I’m so happy with my purchase (2023 Honda civic) London was an amazing salesman, along with every other employee they were all so welcoming and made me feel right at home! I think I had a conversation with almost every employee lol. Definitely recommend classic Honda of Midland
